Vehicle registration collects certificate number, name, phone, email, make and model to administer the People's Choice competition, contact entrants about the competition and prevent duplicate certificate registrations.

People's Choice voting and giveaway forms, when activated, will separately explain their data collection and use.

Future promotional emails will only be sent to people who actively select the optional marketing consent checkbox. Marketing consent is not required to enter.

Information is held in access-restricted Cloudflare infrastructure and may be processed by service providers operating outside New Zealand. Only authorised organisers should access registration details. We will not publicly display owners' contact details.

You may request access to or correction of your personal information. A process for deletion and retention will be finalised before launch.

Before launch: Add the organiser's legal entity, privacy contact email, final retention period, disclosure details and approved full privacy policy. This draft is not a legal compliance certification.
